Unum One wins Cabin Design Concept at the 2024 International Yacht and Aviation Awards

Cannes, France – 03 June 2024: Unum Aircraft Seating is excited to share that Unum One has won the ‘Cabin Design Concept’ award at the 2024 International Yacht and Aviation Awards.

During the awards ceremony held in Cannes on 31st May, Unum One was recognised for raising the bar in passenger experience, luxury and refinement via its elegant simplicity of design and its unique Scimitar mechanism – the comfort hero for both commercial and private passengers.

This award for Unum recognises the passenger centric design, offering comfort, infinite seat adjustability and a superb Zero G for the user coupled with superior living space and large wide bed. For the airline operator, the seat delivers a consistent experience across wide body and single aisle fleets, offers a great platform for customisation, while it is also exceptionally easy to maintain in service.

Alan McInnes, VP Business Development at Unum, says: “Unum One winning the ‘Cabin Design Concept’ award at the 2024 International Yacht and Aviation Awards is a true honor and a testament to our dedication for passenger comfort and innovative design.

“As we prepare for the launch of Unum’s airline customer programs, we remain focused on sustainable practices, and a commitment to on-time delivery through a close local supply chain.”
